Free Help Points for disabled travellers at Glasgow Airport are available in various places around the Airport - short stay car parks, stations, terminal forecourts, baggage reclaim halls.
These Help Points include a map showing your exact location within the airport with a telephone to require assistance like for example help with carrying suitcases to check-in and wheelchair push/provision.

All the airport's credit card telephones and pay phones are adapted for hearing aids. Along with a text pay phone in the international arrivals area after exiting customs.

Disabled Car Parking Facilities |

| The orange and also the blue disabled badges don't operate on the Airport's road system, this is due to security reasons. Any unattended cars will receive a parking fine. |

| Short Stay Car Park |
- All prices are displayed at car park entrances.
- Parking for blue and orange badge holders is located in car parks 1 and 2 with spaces close to the terminal building as possible. Car park 2 has spaces and Help Points available on all levels.
- If you require assistance from the car park to the terminal building, this should be arranged in advance by phoning Unity on +44 (0)141 848 7568 or email unity@baa.com. Please allow at least 48 hours to process the request through the appropriate handler.
- Should you need assistance in the car park call the NCP customer services by using the intercom at the barrier entrance.
- If any orange or blue badge holders need to take their badges away with them should contact NCP through the Help Points or contact the customer services office on the ground floor of car park 2
- The multi-storey car park has a general height limit of two metres (6'9").
- You must pay for car park tickets at the customer service kiosks or automatic payment machines before returning to your car. If you cannot reach the ticket/payment slot, press the help button
